Do I need experience in restaurant operations?
Yes. We want to partner with established hospitality operators with a complementary offering. You may be looking for new and exciting brand to add to your existing portfolio.
How much does it Cost?
The investment can vary depending on many factors including the master territory and number of locations agreed to. We suggest that you contact us to discuss the potential market you are interested in.
How much can I expect to earn?
Earnings from a store can vary widely and Milky Lane cannot estimate the results of any particular Franchisee. Success is based on a number of factors; the most important of which is the excellence in operational standards upheld by the Franchisee. There are business risks involved in starting any new business and earnings are not predictable.
When could I be up and running?
We anticipate the application process for a new Master Franchise will take up to Three-Months. Once approved the average time to establish a new venue is twelve weeks from approval of construction permits and leases in place.
Will I be responsible for hiring staff?
Yes. Milky Lane will assist in the development of local recruitment campaigns and has a suite of tools for position descriptions, application forms and interview guides.
Can I have other businesses too?
Yes. We are looking for experienced Hospitality professionals and groups that want to expand their portfolio and leverage off their existing people, systems and suppliers.
Do I need citizenship or residency?
Yes. All Guarantors and Owners of a Master Franchise company entity must be permanent residents or Citizens.
